Sleep paralysis

Some nights ago, when I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor (my sister was at home, and she got to sleep in my insanely comfortable bed:) ). In the morning, after waking up, I started thinking OR consciously dreaming about someone sinking in ice. Well that's kinda unlikely... anyway, there was Legolas who fell down through the ice, went insane and shot arrows up, and I started figuring out what the fellowship could bother doing to get him up, but I wasn't putting much effort in it... Then it occured to me that I might finally get sleep paralysis, and I did. Boing! So I knew the guitar was right next to me. So I think the second time this happened (sleep paralysis happened two times in a row, sort of) I managed to move my hand over to the strings and play some open strings. That was weird, I thought it would be harder to move anything physical in sleep paralysis. Lately, I've mostly tried to move my astral body, instead of the physical body, and it has worked a few times. But lately, I've just had DREAMS that I'm wandering out of body around the house...!
