Okaaaaaay, wait what?

Less than 30 minutes ago, when I was waking up this morning, I had an experience that definitely has gotta be one of the strangest conscious experiences so far...
First I was dreaming something else, something normal... then suddenly the dream changed. I'll explain the dream and the story first, then I'll explain the experience.
There was a man in his apartment or something. And he had a puppy dog and probably a mother or father dog. At the same time I was told or... I just dreamed at the same time something with a chicken cage, and about catching chickens, or trapping them. Then the whole thing changed in a way, and the dream got a slightly new perspective. Now I was watching it as a video on youtube, where "a riduclous man had tried to tell his dog in the middle of the night about those chickens, by going around and barking outside the house on all his fours."

Here's what happened. Suddenly I was wide awake, lying in my bed, watching across the room. At the same time I guess there was sleep paralysis, but I didn't try to move since I just assumed it was there. So there was insane wild high pitched noises in my head going around, and a really strange, strange sound. It's very hard to describe that sound, but I definitely heard it. It was like... the sound of a train passing by in very bad quality, and you are right next to the sound source, so there was just noise really... this noise felt as it came from my stomach, and there was also a strange feeling from my stomach. Probably because: At the same time as all this happened, I was suddenly the puppy dog, barking loud at my dog mother. I tried to tell her that catching chickens was bad, or whatever it was I tried to tell her. I just know that it had something to do with chickens and catching. I could see the dream and I could see across the room at the same time, and it felt like this whole thing was forced upon me. It just happened out of the blue. I never really panicked, I've had one or two similar experiences before, so I just told myself to stay calm and let the thing play out.
